 It is used for plasticizing, warming and mixing of rubber.
Features:
 1.The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
 2.This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.
 3.The machine have an urgent brake, if something urgent happen just put the bar the machine stop immediately, so its safe for this function.
 4.The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
 5.The base of the machine is a complete frame, so it?s very convenient for installation.
